Tracy GrafLumina did a very professional and quick job on our installation. There were no issues, and all the workmen were efficient and friendly. We are eager to have the system up and running!Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Tracy Graf
Susan SerraOur solar install was completed about a year ago and we continue to very pleased with the job. Courtney Sollenberger was our primary contact and sales representative. She was a joy to work with from the start, explaining the entire process in detail and patiently addressing all our concerns and questions -- even months after the install. It was very important to us that all our electric needs would be covered by the solar panels and she really worked with us to ensure that we have basically eliminated a monthly electric bill. Courtney has continued to be very responsive to our needs when any questions arise. The entire team from start to finish was professional, thorough and courteous. They quickly did the inspections, got the permits, completed the install and had us up and running very quickly. Everything was done on time and as promised which is rare today.Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Susan Serra
Rodney MartinLumina solar is an amazing company to deal with. There are very knowledgeable, and great communication through the entire process. My township had an old ordinance that prevented the size of system that I needed. Lumina worked and kept me informed as to what we needed to do to get the permits. Everyone from the start to the finish was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Rodney Martin
charles grebe jri see all the good reviews, where are the true reviews, i got nothing these people promised, i have their solar and still get big bills from met ed, opposite of what i was told, i was told they put a bigger setup on than needed and i would get money from met ed every year for what they used but instead get bills from met ed, and forget about calling salesman, he never returns calls, wish i never dealt with these people, this month, 167.00 out of my account for lumina and 144.00 bill from met ed, more than i ever paid, single man living aloneReview of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by charles grebe jr
Bruce OgdenAfter interviewing 7 solar companies, we selected Lumina Solar to design and install our solar system. Lumina has, in my opinion, the best sun angle/exposure software platform which provided us the most efficient and highest yield panel layout. Alexander Fegley, our sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions (and there were many). The installation team was awesome and great to work with. Our system is up and production is meeting all of our expectations. Selecting Lumina Solar was definitely the right decision.Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Bruce Ogden
Dave grearI GOT TIRED OF THE CONSTANT PPL PRICE GOUGING SO I LOOKED INTO A SOLAR SYSTEM AFTER MUCH INVESTIGATION I CHOSE LUMINA SOLAR. WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS OF CALLING THEM THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE SHOWING ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT GOING SOLAR.I CHOSE THE LEASE PROGRAM SO FOR A LOW MONTHLY PAYMENT THEY WOULD NOT ONLY INSTALL BUT WILL MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM YAKING A BIG LOAD OFF MY MIND. THEY KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT THRU OUT THE PROCESS AND ANY LITTLE PROBLEM WAS IMMEDIATLY ADDRESSED AND RECTIFIED. DURING THE INITIAL INSPECTION PHASE IT WAS DETERMINED I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY 20 YR OLD ROOF AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THAT AS WELL WITH VIRTUALLY NO PROBLEM. MY SYSTEM HAS BEEN ACTIVE FOR OVER A WEEK AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM PRODUCING EXCESS ENERGY AND SENDING IT BACK TO PPL SO THEY CAN PAY ME FOR A CHANGE. BOTTOM LINE LUMINA SOLAR IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Dave grear
Scott MalinowskiFrom my initial contact with Christopher Richardson, all the way to installation day, communication has been superb!! Christopher and Stephanie were phenomenal at keeping me up to date with all aspects of this project! The installation team was very professional and courteous and worked continuously until the job was finished. EVERYONE that i had contact with was informative, and answered any questions and addressed any concerns in a timely manner. I am so glad that I went with Lumina Solar!! I consulted with 3 companies, and Lumina, by far, gave me the BEST service, warranty and price! I KNOW that I made the right choice!Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Scott Malinowski
Rich FatzingerI evaluated a number of different solar companies. Some impressed me. Some did not, but then I spoke with a friend who “strongly recommended” contacting Phillip Jordan with Lumina Solar. I am so glad that I did because my experience with Phil and Lumina was incredible from start to finish. The contracting process was seemless. Their pricing was in line with the other Solar providers I was speaking to, and Lumina actually used a higher rated panel. Lumina handled all of the township permitting/inspection process, which also was a very simple process. When it was time for install, there were 3 or 4 guys who came and installed all 35 of my panels in one day. They were very courteous and made sure I was properly informed and was able to provide input in any important decisions regarding aesthetics or function. My system is now turned on by my power company and it is meeting the performance specifications I was told to expect. Long story short, this has been by far my best experience with any contractor/installer I have ever had, regardless of the type of contractor/installer. I would be happy to answer any questions from anyone considering Solar.Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Rich Fatzinger
Chad HaggertyUpdate - Lowering Rating as I continue to wait for batteries to be installed.. My Original Quote was to also install 2 Telsa batteries - due to back order issues I went ahead with the panel installation on the assumption that the batteries would soon follow (Dec-Jan), Well it is Mid March and getting a status or update on batteries has been challenging and I still have no time table... The frustration and disappoint is growing and my perception of a very Customer Centric Company is dwindling... I would highly recommend Lumina Solar! They were very clear and responsive through the entire process. The installers did a great job and they were all very nice and very professional!!! Everyone at Lumina was nice and professional. Thank to the entire team and especially Philip for a smooth and accommodating process!Review of Lumina Solar PA in [:county] Pennsylvania by Chad Haggerty
